Q: Can I join a class without a bootcamp package?
A: As the bootcamp program is a building program of 6 weeks, we do not have a drop-in option. This allows our enrolled members to continue building combinations, challenges and routines through each class. Signup before the 6 weeks commence is encouraged.

Q: How long are the classes?
A: Each class is 60 minutes which includes a warm up, weekly challenge, combination building, routine and cool down.

Q: Can I join without a step?
You may start with tape on the floor or a rectangle cushion the size of the Standard Aerobic Stepper. However, a Standard Aerobic Stepper will be required after the first month for continued enrolment in this class.
Q: Are memberships transferable or refundable?
A: All unused memberships are NOT-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and only good for the bootcamp you signed up for.
