  • 📸 Inspire others! Take a selfie after your walk, make a collage with proof of your 10,000 steps, and tag @missjullyblack and @thepowerofstep on Instagram for a chance to be reposted. Encourage your followers to join and prep for the next round!

How It Works

  • 📨Check your email for the download file that will provide the link to the StepUp group.
  • 🗓 Runs October 1 – October 31
  • 👣 Walk anywhere: outside, treadmill, walking pad, around the house—even on the step! Classes available here 
  • 📊 Steps sync automatically to the leaderboard in the StepUp app
  • 🏆 The participant with the most steps at the end of October wins a prize!
